Delete your OpenGolf account

If you have created an OpenGolf account and would like it deleted, you can request account deletion at any time.

To request deletion of your OpenGolf account, email us at support@opengolf.club with the subject line:

OpenGolf account deletion request

Please include the email address associated with your OpenGolf account and confirm that you would like your account deleted.

We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Once we receive your request, we will verify the account details and process the deletion request.

When your account is deleted, OpenGolf will delete or anonymise personal account data associated with your account, including profile details and saved user preferences where applicable.

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or operational record keeping purposes.

Deleting the OpenGolf app from your device does not automatically delete your OpenGolf account. To delete your account, please use the request process described on this page or any account deletion option available inside the app.
